Paneer pakora recipes are very common snack recipes prepared in almost every indian households. perhaps almost all vegetables are used to prepare this delicacy and served as snacks, side dish and even used in curries or sabzis. my personal favourite has always been paneer pakora recipe and nothing can beat it’s crisp and moist taste combination. traditionally the paneer pakoda recipe was limited to households in north india.
But after onboarding this simple recipe by the street food vendors, it has become significantly popular among urban youths. moreover, there are several variations to these pakoras, especially with its coating. after coating it with besan flour, it can be rolled on top crushed oats, boondi, breadcrumbs to have crisper and rougher surface.
